It gives me the greatest pleasure to be the Principal of SMS Saleha Highlands International.  

I am very proud of this school which is nestled in the scenic, cool and conducive environment for learning in the Genting Highlands.

We take great pride in nurturing the potential of every student at the school. We strive to give our children the best opportunity to learn in a happy way. I am confident that our students will achieve a great deal by the end of the year.

Parents, nowadays, are playing a vital role in their children’s education . Your support in school activities are invaluable to the school. Therefore, I look forward to developing a relationship  with you that will assist in the growth of your children.

was born in 1951 in Sungai Lembing, Pahang.  He completed his secondary education before graduated from Maktab Perguruan Pengkalan Chepa, Kota Bahru, Kelantan with a Diploma in Education. His vast teaching experience started from 1975 as a teacher in Bentong and later transferred to Kuantan, his hometown. He was promoted as Senior Assistant in 1985 before his promotion as a Principal in Cameron Highlands, Pahang. A year later he was transferred back to Kuantan and retired in 2007. During his service, he received the Excellence Service Award in 2003 and 2006.

Apart from his academic work, he was actively involved in various sports and games. He was a committee member of Pahang Basketball Association for 8 years and involved in Malaysia Games (Sukma) three times as the Pahang State Basketball Team Manager. Besides basketball, he was the Secretary General for Malaysian Handball Association for 6 years since 1996. As a Secretary General, he had participated in many of the International Handball Federation seminars and meetings. He was a delegate in the Hiroshima Asian Games and also World Handball World Youth Championship in Shanghai, China. He too, was one of the committee members of Commonwealth Handball Association bidding handball to be included as one of the three team sports in Kuala Lumpur Commonwealth Games in 1998.

He joined SMS Saleha and Highlands International Boarding School as a teacher in 2008. In 2009, he was appointed as the school Housemaster for 3 years. He joined back the school in 2013 as the Student Affairs Coordinator.
